Lidija Ivanovski

Has worked in a range of senior strategy and media roles and has extensive experience in government relations, crisis communications and strategy. She was most recently Chief of Staff to the Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister, Richard Marles and served as the Chief of Staff on Labor’s 2022 Federal Campaign. Lidija has also worked at an executive level in corporate and government agencies, with experience reporting to boards. She has significant expertise in implementing change management projects in complex environments.

Is an experienced and well-regarded communications and political strategist, having spent more than a decade advising governments and party leaders, including Treasurer Jim Chalmers, NT Chief Minister Michael Gunner, Federal Opposition Leader Bill Shorten, and Cabinet Minister Jenny Macklin. His skills and experience include communications and political strategy, media relations, speech writing, stakeholder relations and crisis management.
